Goalkeeper Keylor Navas will be finally leaving Real Madrid after reaching a deal with París Saint Germain.
Since May this year the fact that Navas was soon not going to be part of Los Blancos made headlines. Navas won three Champions League titles with the team, a Spanish League title, the Spanish Supercup, three UEFA Super Cups and was named the best goalkeeper of the 2027-2018 season. Yet, since the arrival of Thibaut Courtois to Real Madrid, Navas has lost regularity in the games.
The Costa Rican stayed for a while longer in Real Madrid since he had not been able to find a satisfactory deal.
Details of the deal have not been released yet, but it seems that Navas will be traveling to France this week to get the medical check up and sign contracts.
The PSG is currently directed by headcoach Thomas Tuchel, and has two other goalkeepers, Alphonse Areola, 26 years of age and Marcin Bulka who is only 19 years old.
Navas arrived to Los Blancos in 2014.
